The cost for our Escape Rooms is $32 per person plus fees. Note: There is a minimum charge of $128 plus fees required which will secure you a PRIVATE room (this is the cost for between 2 and 4 people.)
The cost for our VR Experiences is $42 per person plus fees.
The costs for our portable Escape Games is as follows (please call for more options):
- $300 for 1 game for 1.5 hours
- $550 for 2 games for 1.5 hours ($50 discount)
- $800 for 3 games for 1.5 hours ($100 discount)
We want everyone to have a great time and experience the thrill of being locked in a set of rooms, however, we do always leave the entrance door to the rooms unlocked so that you can leave at any time for any reason. With that said, if you leave the room, we might not be able to let you back in as it could spoil the experience for the remainder of the group.
The absolute maximum in each room is as follows: 13 in Time Chasers and Abducted and 9 in Museum. If you want to add more people than the maximum that can be booked online, please call us.
Please note that while the rooms can hold more than the recommended maximum number of people from a space perspective, each additional person will leave slightly less for each person to do/be involved in during the experience.
For our VR experiences we are locked in at either a 2, 3 or 4-person experience. We cannot add to these.
We highly recommend booking your experience in advance. It is unlikely that there will be availability the day of, but we will be happy to book you in person if there are openings. You can make a reservation over the phone by calling us at (203) 569-0011. We only accept credit cards for reservations regardless of the booking method.
Our games are designed for ages 12 and older. Children UNDER the age of 5 can play for free. Please call us at (203) 569-0011 with any questions or concerns.
For Escape Rooms, ALL children under the age of 17 must be accompanied in the room by at least one PAYING parent or guardian who is over the age of 21.
For VR Experiences, ALL children under the age of 17 must have at least one parent or guardian who is over the age of 21 on premises for the entire experience.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session and allow 15 minutes afterwards for a debrief.

No, all of our games are PRIVATE for your party only. There is a 4 player minimum charge of $128 plus fees required for all games. Groups of 2, 3 or 4 will need to pay the minimum.
UPDATE: 5/19/2021 - Until further notice all of our games will be PRIVATE with 4 players required at minimum.
Of course. Simply purchase all of the tickets for an Escape Room experience and the room will be all yours. If you are looking to book multiple rooms with the same start time, please call or email and we will help to get that set up.
All VR experiences are private.
We do not allow phones or cameras inside the experiences. Phones, cameras, and any items you do not wish to carry with you will be stored in a locker and you will hold on to the key until your experience is complete.
The main entrance to the building is fully ADA compliant and has an elevator to take you to the 2nd floor. All of our rooms are accessible and there are accessible restrooms just outside of our entrance. If any members of your group has a disability, please let us know in advance if possible.
We would love to accommodate latecomers, but our games run on a very specific schedule. Late arrivals disrupt the games and generally derail those that began on time and impact the overall enjoyment of the game. So, please ensure your entire group arrives fifteen minutes before you are scheduled to start.
All reservations are final and there will be no refunds or rescheduling. If you have extenuating circumstances, please call us and we will do our best to reschedule your experience.
Yes, definitely. These games are made for everyone, from 12 to 70 years old. They are extremely easy and intuitive to use, way easier to learn than any game console. They are nonviolent experiences. You just need to know how to look around, talk and listen, walk and grab.
Most of the time, people who feel sick in VR had a bad first experience on mobile VR devices. Our experiences were designed to almost eliminate motion sickness. A common trigger for motion sickness comes from bad performance or low frame rate, issues that have been accounted for when designing the games.
With that said, these games have seen approximately 1% of players feeling some degree of motion sickness.
VR can be challenging for people who have a strong fear of heights. Even if your feet remain on solid ground, your brain might think otherwise. But it is a great way to overcome your fear in a safe environment.

All gift certificates are good for our Escape Rooms (at either trap't Escape Room Adventures in Stamford AND Panic Room in Stamford or Norwalk) and/or VR Experiences at any available time and your recipient can either use the voucher number when booking online or call us to make their booking.
